Additional work, services, revisions, or requirements outside the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges and may require a revised quote.

A project will be considered approved when the client confirms acceptance of the agreed scope, pricing, and requirements through an appropriate communication method or agreement.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials, content, branding assets, instructions, approvals, and other resources reasonably required to complete the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, videos, music, logos, documents, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Grassroots Media may legally be used for the intended project.

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope of work. Requests that substantially change the original project direction or require additional work may be treated as additional services.

Once a client approves a final design, video, website, audio project, or other deliverable, further changes may be subject to additional charges.

8. PROJECT TIMELINES

Grassroots Media will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Project timelines may change due to factors including delayed client feedback, unavailable materials, changes in project scope, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any estimated completion date is subject to the timely cooperation and approval of the client.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Grassroots Media retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, processes, techniques, concepts, tools, systems, and other resources used in the creation of a project.

Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables and the rights specifically agreed upon for those deliverables.

Some projects may depend on third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, software, plugins, payment processors, social media platforms, video hosting services, or other external providers.

Grassroots Media is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, security incidents, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Either the client or Grassroots Media may request to cancel or terminate a project subject to the terms agreed for that project.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, approved expenses, third-party costs, or other non-refundable costs incurred in connection with the project.

Grassroots Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where there is a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or another circumstance that makes continued work unreasonable.
